The Team is lead by Mr. Mahendra Bhavsar ( B.sc., LLB with 33+ P.Q.E.) and Mr Chanakya Bhavsar ( Law Graduate from UK and Post Graduate from Oxford University) and other Senior Advocates have more than 30-40+ Post Qualification Experience. Mahendra Bhavsar

As founder of the Law Firm, Mr. Bhavsar started as a lawyer practicing on the Civil Law, and for more than 35 years he has been setting high standards for the Firm and its Team. As a versatile lawyer Mr. Bhavsar is known for providing creative and pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues. Mr. Bhavsar has also been the founder of many Institutions including a Co-operative Bank and is presently serving as Chairperson of several NGOs. With an experience of more than 20 years, he is a seasoned lawyer engaged in Civil & Co-operative litigation and has been appearing before Civil & District Courts, Board of Nominees Court and Charity Commissioner since 1999 for his wide range of clients including Trusts & Charities. His peers know him as a lawyer with go-getter approach, a jolly personality and an easily approachable person. He is a member of Ahmedabad Bar Association, City Civil. Vikramsinh D. Zala

He has been with the firm since start of his legal practise in 2005 and deals extensively in Litigation before all Revenue Authorities, Civil Litigation, Family matters, White-collar Criminal matters and Consumer Protection issues. He practices at Civil, District & Metropolitan Courts, various Tribunals and High Court of Gujarat, and also deals with non-contentious issues relating to civil law. Chanakya Bhavsar

Has wide experience of more than a decade in dealing with matters concerning cross-border and domestic disputes, due diligence and transactional advisory. He extensively advises on litigation, arbitration, foreign investments, trademarks, IT, commercial and corporate issues from both domestic and international perspectives. Has been an advisor to several domestic and international entities and HNIs including foreign government authorities and foreign law firms. He also has a strong domestic litigation practice and has represented before various Courts including the High Court of Gujarat and the Supreme Court of India.
M. I. Hava
B.Com, LL.M Solicitor, Advocate & Notary
With an experience of more than 50 years practicing as Solicitor, he was Additional Government Pleader to the State of Gujarat for more than 15 years attending to matters under Civil Laws, Land Laws, Constitutional Laws and Administrative Laws. Thereafter, he has represented various private clients before the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad and in the Supreme Court of India in matters relating to competition laws, maritime laws, IPR, domestic and international arbitration and such other civil and commercial laws and has more than 200 reported cases and has also done Chamber practise in non-litigation matters, documentations and counselling.
Swati Singhal

She has been engaged in Civil and Commercial litigation appearing before High Court of Gujarat, NCLT, DRT, CCI, MSME Council, Arbitrations and Civil and District Courts across Gujarat for disputes relating to Real Estate, IPR, Competition, Domestic and International Arbitration and other civil and commercial laws. She has extensive experience in Land Laws (local and central) dealing with acquisitions, transfers, conversion of land for public and private companies, developers, individuals etc.
