Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Fees paid for consultations, document reviews, or any other legal services are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the firm.
• Any request for a refund or cancellation must be submitted in writing to contact@mahendrabhavsar.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Where a refund is approved, it may take 14 to 21 business days to process the refund.

Engagement & Payment Terms

• The terms of payment, scope of services, and deliverables will be governed by the individual engagement agreement/letters/communication entered into between Mahendra Bhavsar & Co. and the client.
• Clients are advised to carefully review and agree to the terms of engagement before making any payment.

Delivery Policy

• As a provider of professional services, our deliverables (such as legal opinions, drafts, or advisory notes) are delivered either digitally via email or through scheduled client meetings.
• The timeline for delivery is based on the complexity of the matter and the agreed schedule as per the engagement terms.
